Jesse Simpson
Before coming to North Hills, Simpson was an elementary school principal, assistant principal and sixth-grade teacher at Morongo Unified School District in San Bernardino County, California.
Simpson and his wife Emily live in Westmoreland County with their two children.
Assistant Principal
Kaitlin Hoch
Kaitlin Hoch has served as assistant principal at West View Elementary School since July of 2023.
Ms. Hoch joined NHSD in 2017 as a first grade teacher at Ross Elementary School. She moved to McIntyre Elementary School the following year as a fourth grade teacher, a position she held for five years through the 2022-23 school year.
Additionally, she served as McIntyre’s Safety Sponsor from 2018 through 2023 and McIntyre's Head Teacher from 2020 through 2023.
Hoch is a graduate of Duquesne University with a bachelor’s in elementary education (pre-K-4) and a master's in school administration (K-12).
She currently resides in Cranberry Township with her dog Ace. In her free time, she enjoys exercising and spending time with her family including her new niece.
