Grab your swimsuit and join us for a fun-filled evening in support of North Hills students!
The North Hills Foundation, in partnership with Valley Brook Swim & Tennis Club, will host a Pool Party on Wednesday, July 22, from 8-10 p.m. at Valley Brook Swim & Tennis Club, 100 Callendar Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15229.
The event is open to the public, with all proceeds benefiting the North Hills Foundation Scholarship Fund, which provides scholarships to graduating North Hills High School seniors. It's also a great opportunity for families to experience everything Valley Brook has to offer while enjoying a summer evening at one of the area's premier community pools.
Admission is by a suggested minimum donation of:
- $5 per individual
- $20 per family
Donations may be made by cash at the gate or online via a QR code.
In addition to swimming, guests can participate in a 50/50 raffle, enter to win North Hills-themed giveaways and other prizes, and purchase food and refreshments from the concession stand.
"We're grateful to Valley Brook for partnering with us to bring the community together for a fun summer evening while supporting opportunities for North Hills students," said North Hills Foundation President Allison Mathis. "Every dollar raised will help provide scholarships that make a meaningful difference in the lives of our graduating seniors."
"We're excited to open our doors to the community for an evening of fun while supporting a great cause," said Valley Brook President Drew Eisenbeis. "We hope families who haven't visited Valley Brook before will come experience our club and see what makes it such a special place."
The North Hills Foundation is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to supporting students and teachers throughout the North Hills School District. In addition to funding scholarships for graduating seniors, the Foundation awards grants to teachers for innovative classroom projects and technology and supports students and families in need through initiatives such as the North Hills Backpack Initiative and Pantry.
