North Hills holding 7th Annual Trunk or Treat Oct. 25

Trunk or Treat SADD Club
Heather Pelat

Save the date and join us for a day of Halloween fun at our annual Trunk or Treat on Saturday, Oct. 25.

The event, sponsored by North Hills High School Student Council and Hands for Service club, features trick-or-treating at trunks decorated by various student, school and community groups, games, food and more.

It will be held in the parking lot of the North Hills High School from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Attendees are encouraged to wear their costumes!

There is no cost to attend but all proceeds and donations collected will be given to the Make-A-Wish Foundation and Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh in memory of former North Hills student Jake Wudarczyk. Jake was a junior at North Hills when he passed away in December of 2016 following a 20-month battle with brain cancer. He was just 16 years old.

Sign up to donate to the concession stand here. Due to an overwhelming response, we are no longer accepting trunk sign ups.

North Hills' cross country team will also be collecting unwanted shoes at the event. All shoes -- sneakers, heels, cleats, boots, etc., can be dropped off near the concession stand.
